Thank you for your interest in our 2nd All you can eat gala! Our 1st gala was a huge success and we are very excited to be hosting our 2nd annual gala. This event will be held on September 30, 2023. Doors open at 6pm.
As a sponsor you will receive a ticket at a discounted rate of $50.00. We ask that you sponsor what you can. We ask that you sponsor physical items, your services or monetary donation. We will have 50 swag bags and giveaways every hour.
As a sponsor you will be able to put your business cards in all of our swag bags. You will receive a customized personal flyer for yourself to promote. You will be promoted on our social media platforms consistently. Your logo will be on our official AYCE Gala flyer along with any video content we post including our sponsors.
All sponsorships request must be approved before we accept your payment of $50.00. Depending on what you plan to sponsor and how many items we will be able to negotiate adding additional tickets at a discounted rate or for FREE!!
Our host will be Jalen from Lick My Fashion. Food will be catered by MNR Catering. You will receive 2 complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. All drinks will be on sale the night of the Gala. Your ticket includes access to the venue, all you can eat appetizers, buffet, desserts and a thank you favour. This gala is a dinner and dance, in a safe space to mix and mingle with likeminded individuals like yourself.

These are items that will be given out to the first 50 guests. Items can vary from products, gift cards, coupons etc.

These are items that will be given out to our guest every hour at the gala. Items can vary from products, gift cards, coupons etc.

Monetary donations will go towards anything from food, décor, staff, entertainment, etc.

We are looking for balloon artist, décor rental companies, champagne walls, signs/banners etc.

We are looking for photographers and videographers to capture our memorable moments.
